As the main investors in the industry, our members drive the digital transformation of the Continent , accounting for more than 70% of total telecom sector investment in Europe. Formerly known as ETNO, we stand for an improved policy and regulatory environment that enables citizens and businesses to benefit from digital connectivity and services.

• Advocate: Represent our members’ views at the European level and in relevant global forums, engaging with decision-makers, businesses, and citizens to shape an improved policy and regulatory environment.
• Innovate: Promote policies for competitive investment in new technologies and infrastructures that will create entirely new socio-economic opportunities. They include 5G and FTTH, IoT, Open RAN, edge-cloud, artificial intelligence, quantum communications and future 6G developments.
