Against this background, the European Commission is about to present a new set of rules for the European telecom sectors, ranging from network access to universal service and spectrum policy. This new framework is set to provide the rules of the game for the next decade.

ETNO is once again partnering with MLex, the leading provider of insight, analysis and commentary to regulation and competition specialists in Europe, the US, Brazil and China.

Now in its fifth successful year, the Summit creates a platform for up to 200 high-level delegates, representing telecom operators, the EU institutions, regulators, academics, investors and other industry stakeholders, to discuss key EU regulatory issues.

The event’s high level panels will focus on the following aspects:

Customers, Users, Citizens: their needs today, tomorrow
Invest, Compete, Regulate: what comes first?
Innovation, mobile & 5G: will Europe lead?
Towards future-oriented EU laws
