Connect Europe & GSMA call for a cybersecurity harmonisation across Europe through:
- A stronger & more defined role for ENISA to promote harmonisation, provide clear guidance, and support coordinated cybersecurity efforts across the EU
- A Cybersecurity Certification Framework that is transparent, inclusive & aligned with international standards, with meaningful stakeholder engagement at every stage of scheme development and implementation
- Simplification of the regulatory landscape: eliminating overlapping obligations and promoting coherence across cybersecurity legislation – such as NIS2, CRA or DORA.
