The European Commission's Cybersecurity Act 2 Proposal: an Impact Assessment of Title IV

Assembly Research produced an independent Impact Assessment to investigate the potential effects of the application of the current Cybersecurity Act (CSA) proposal on European telecom operators. Findings point to a significant operational burden and compliance costs, with implications for customers and operators’ capacity to invest in Europe’s digital infrastructure. The report was commissioned by Connect Europe on behalf of European telecoms operators (i.e. Full Members of the association only).
